Improving Immunity is the goal of my “Harmony Diet”…these recipes target digestion, absorption and elimination…… key to healing. Consuming foods that allow quick absorption of nutrients and quick elimination of waste. All my recipes have been carefully created for the ability to digest, assimilate, detox and transit applying the basic rules of food combining, using alkalizing and anti-inflammatory foods. 

Practicing “Action through Diet”.…not a single diet works for everyone all the time. We cannot live by rituals alone and must learn to switch fuel sources. Combining all modalities ,such as, Liquid Day, Raw / Blended Hygiene, Mono Diet, Acid/Alkaline and Dense Proteins with knowledge about our our bodily cycles.
